Pray for: Better Together Ministries

Better Together is a ministry partner that seeks to keep families together through care in times of need. We are thankful for the work they are doing, caring for those facing hurting and difficult times. Through their multiple programs and wonderful staff and volunteers, people are cared for with dignity and purpose. Here are a few ways you can pray:

• Pray for our ministry partner, that God would bless their efforts to keep families together through trials and hardships.

• Pray that not only are physical needs met, but that each person also sees their spiritual need and receives and follows Christ.

• Pray for the volunteers, that they would have wisdom and ongoing compassion for everyone they encounter as they seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the hurting.

Example Prayer

Heavenly Father,

We come to You as the One who sees all and knows all. You are never caught off guard when difficulties arise. You are wonderful in that You invite us to lay our burdens down before You, and You provide care for us through Your people. God, You are so good.

Lord, I confess that at times I don’t seek out the hurting, but instead stay within my comfort zone. I can be too busy to see what You are doing around me in the area where You have placed me.

I am thankful that You have used Your people to create Better Together to care for the hurting and those suffering.

We pray for this ministry, that You would continue to provide support both in people and financially. We pray that You would use this ministry to show Your love to others, and through it, people will come to know You.
