Don’t Waste Your Life

In this week’s message, we continue our series in Luke: The Teachings of Jesus. Pastor Eric Hovis shows how Jesus warns his followers by contrasting the wasted life and the “unwasted” life:

Scene 1: A warning to hypocrisy

1) A wasted life is a hypocritical life.

2) The unwasted life gives Jesus our entire life.

Scene 2: A warning to wealth

3) The wasted life ignores the blessing of heaven and the cursing of hell.

4) The wasted life chases after wealth for selfish gain.

5) The unwasted life invests in eternity.

6)The unwasted life makes Jesus our greatest aim.
